Double Mitre Saw T400
The Alfamacchine T400 double-bladed vertical miter saw is used for cutting at 45°.
It can cut wooden mouldings (hardwood, softwood, raw wood), plastic mouldings, aluminum mouldings and MDF mouldings.
It is a solid and durable saw suitable for high volume production. In fact, it can cut up to 200 frames per hour.
The two blades are firmly fixed to a single piston with no possibility of misalignment.
A pneumatic system controls the downward movement of the blades and ensures a precise cut and rapid ascent of the blades.
The descent speed is adjustable. This is especially useful for thinner mouldings where speed can be increased.
The double vertical pressers keep the moulding blocked during the cutting cycle. Pressers can be adjusted to fit the profile of the moulding.
Two measuring stops are included with the machine.
